AppSolara ("we", "our", or "us") operates the HeartBeat mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Health Data

HeartBeat uses your device's camera to measure your heart rate via photoplethysmography (PPG). All measurement data — including heart rate, HRV, SpO2 estimates, blood pressure logs, blood oxygen readings, and blood sugar entries — is stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit, upload, or store your health data on any external server.

2.2 Apple Health / Health Connect

If you choose to enable Health Sync, HeartBeat may read and write heart rate data to Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android). This data stays on your device and is governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies. We never access this data remotely.

2.3 Profile Information

You may optionally provide your name, age, and gender to personalize the App experience. This information is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

2.4 Analytics & Diagnostics

We may collect anonymous crash reports and usage analytics through Apple's and Google's built-in analytics services to improve app stability. These do not contain any personally identifiable information or health data.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide heart rate measurement and health tracking features
• To display your health data history and trends on-device
• To schedule local reminders for health measurements
• To sync data with Apple Health or Health Connect at your request
• To improve app performance and fix bugs (anonymous analytics only)

4. Data Storage & Security

All personal and health data is stored locally on your device using encrypted SQLite storage. We do not operate any backend servers that store user data. Your data remains entirely under your control and on your device.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal or health data to any third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

6. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can delete all app data by uninstalling the App or clearing app storage in your device settings.

7. Children's Privacy

HeartBeat is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
