1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the HeartBeat application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

HeartBeat is a wellness application that uses your device's camera to estimate heart rate measurements via photoplethysmography (PPG). The App also provides features for tracking blood pressure, blood oxygen, blood sugar, and health reminders.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

4.1 Free Features

HeartBeat offers basic heart rate measurement and Heart Score at no cost.

4.2 HeartBeat Pro

Advanced features — including detailed HRV analysis, SpO2 estimates, vitals tracking, health reminders, and trend history — require a HeartBeat Pro subscription or lifetime purchase. Pricing is displayed in the App prior to purchase.

4.3 Payment & Renewal

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. AppSolara does not process payments directly.

5. User Responsibilities

• Use the App only for personal, non-commercial wellness purposes
• Do not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• Ensure accurate placement of your fingertip over the camera lens during measurements
• Understand that measurement accuracy may vary based on device capabilities, lighting, and technique

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the intellectual property of AppSolara and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppSolara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Use.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
